 We became associated with Alison following an open house she was holding many months ago. After speaking with her we felt comfortable enough and decided to avail ourselves of her expertise and resources to assist us in locating a house.  

Throughout our numerous interactions with Alison we found her to be yes professional, yes knowledgeable, yes truthful and yes ethical at all times, but much more than that, we found her to be personable, supportive, forthright and also genuinely friendly. Altogether a stellar lady whom we consider to be expert in her field.

For our move forward, she listened closely to our desires for particular features we were seeking in our next home. With that in mind, Alison went on patiently searching for and eventually guiding us to the home of our dreams.

Once the house was found, she led us through the labyrinth called the purchase negotiations. Her knowledge, client service and people skills combined with her self-assurance yet gentle demeanour gave us the sense she was not only on our side, but also looking out for our best interest as well.

Buying a house is an emotional roller coaster ride and a very serious business at the same time. However never have Rose and I ever felt more confident or better represented than with Alison at our side. Should the need ever arise again in the future Rose and I would not hesitate to choose Alison as our realty representative.

Alison and her team at Royal Lepage were very accommodating.  Appointments were booked only when convenient for us, and re-scheduled without a hassle if something came up.  After each showing, Alison followed up with the buying agents asking for feedback, and in turn passed on comments from prospective buyers which helped us find better ways to present the house in future showings.  We sold our home much sooner than anticipated, and feel we received a very fair price in return.  Throughout the negotiations, Alison demonstrated again how patient and professional she is…not to mention how dedicated she is.  We closed at 11:00pm on a Sunday night!
